Ayurvedic Diet Chart which helps to cure piles


AYURVEDIC DIET CHART FOR PILES.

In piles  digestive power  is low and constipation is very common ,Tridosha gets vitiated mainly vata along with mamsa ,meda ,rakta. So diet for this condition should be Pachaka(digestive) , vata balancing relive constipation ,and blood purifying .


EARLY MORNING  – 

Dry coriander overnight soaked boiled water -1 glass.

BREAKFAST
                        Roti -2, bottle gourd sabji -1 bowl,
  1 -bowl of  fruits  Papaya ,apple, pomegranate
  Butter milk with pinch of dry ginger ,and  roasted cumin .
                    
LUNCH   

    Big bowl of  vegetables soup with 1 tsp of butter mixed    with   sesame      seeds powder.
    Carrot, Beetroot , black currant salad -1 bowl .
    Rice -1 bowl , Spinacdal  -1 bowl .
    Sesame seeds, Pomegranate , coriander, dry ginger  chutney -50ml
     Butter milk -1 glass

EVENING – 

Steamed zimikand (Elephant yam) 150gm with steamed beetroot
 Or
 sweet potatoes  50gm chaat   with lemon ,trikatu ,mild black salt, for taste  and green tea.
Or 
 Well ripened papaya, apple ,pear  300gms
Or
Kulatha /mudaga yoosha  (green gram soup)1 bowl  with steamed  zimikand  (elephant yam)100gm


DINNER –   
                      yellow pumpkin soup- small bowl
                     Rice -1 bowl or chapatti -3
                      Ridge gourd sabji or dal -1 bowl
               
                   Butter milk with roasted haritaki chooran (chebulic myrobalan)

TIPS-    

     

Always mild drink dry coriander, dry ginger boiled water .

Elephant yam is best choice of  vegetable for piles specially in steamed form.
